1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Englewood Trailer Rental website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Englewood Trailer Rental LLC.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a trailer from Englewood Trailer Rental, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Provide proof of tow vehicle insurance
• Have a vehicle rated to safely tow the selected trailer
• Sign a rental agreement before pickup

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made online and require full payment at the time of reservation. Prices listed on the website include applicable sales tax. A service fee may apply to each booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4. Card on File Authorization

By making a reservation and providing payment, you authorize Englewood Trailer Rental to store your payment method on file. You agree that we may charge your card for any of the following without additional authorization:

• Damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear
• Late return fees — the applicable daily rate for each day past the agreed return date
• Cleaning fees if the trailer is returned in an excessively dirty condition
• Toll charges incurred during the rental period
• Recovery costs if the trailer is not returned
• Any other charges as outlined in your rental agreement

5. Pickup and Return

Trailers are available for self-service pickup at our yard located at . A lockbox code will be provided via text message at the start of your rental period. Trailers must be returned to the same location by the agreed-upon return date and time.

A "day" of rental is a full 24-hour period beginning at your scheduled pickup time. Late returns may incur additional daily charges.

6. Renter Responsibilities

As a renter, you are responsible for:

• Inspecting the trailer before use and reporting any pre-existing damage
• Properly securing all loads in compliance with Florida law
• Operating the trailer safely and within its rated capacity
• Returning the trailer in the same condition it was received, less normal wear
• Any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period
• All fines, tolls, or citations incurred while the trailer is in your possession

7. Prohibited Uses

Trailers may not be used for:

• Transporting hazardous materials
• Towing beyond the trailer's rated capacity
• Sub-renting or lending to third parties
• Use outside the state of Florida without prior written approval
• Any illegal activity

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount. Contact us at to discuss cancellations or rescheduling.

9. Liability and Insurance

Renters must maintain active tow vehicle insurance for the duration of the rental. Englewood Trailer Rental LLC is not liable for any damage to cargo, personal injury, or property damage arising from the use of our trailers. The renter assumes all risk associated with the transport of goods.

10. Damage Policy

You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during your rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged to your card on file. This includes but is not limited to body damage, tire damage, electrical damage, and damage to ramps, straps, or accessories. If you notice any pre-existing damage, please document it at pickup and notify us immediately.

11. Late Return Policy

Trailers must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. A grace period of 2 hours is provided. After the grace period, a full additional day's rental rate will be charged for each day the trailer is late. Englewood Trailer Rental reserves the right to charge your card on file for late return fees.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Englewood Trailer Rental LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our trailers or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental in question.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
